Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Most orders ship same or next day, but please allow 2-3 to process your order, especially on holidays and weekends. Expect an email with tracking information at the time of carrier pickup to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL PICKUP:  

We partner with 4Corners Riversports in Durango, CO for fulfillment of all of our direct-to-customer orders. All orders placed on rivermaps.net will be shipped from their facility, and all local pickup orders can be picked up at their store Monday thru Saturday, 9am to 5pm MST:

STANDARD USPS SHIPPING / MEDIA MAIL: 

We mainly use USPS to ship our maps. Standard Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 days using USPS. Flat rate shipping fee of approximately $3.95 for the first map and $0.75 to each additional map applies to orders shipping within the USA.  Please make sure that USPS can deliver to the shipping address provided, if not you will need to select UPS shipping. Rates are subject to carrier rates and can change at any time.  

UPS Shipping:  

For calculated shipping rates: If you cannot accept USPS shipments, or need express shipping, please select UPS shipping. Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are subject to carrier rates and can change at any time.  

International Shipping: 

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. Please check our links page for international vendors or vendors that will ship internationally.
